SeaLight Sisters is a newly established non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the maritime industry. We are building a safe and inclusive space for women to connect, share experiences, and access vital resources to thrive in their careers and personal lives.

Connect with women in the industry, access resources, and find support through our dedicated online platform.

Mental Health & Wellbeing:

Access counseling services, self-help resources, and peer support groups tailored to the unique challenges faced by women in the maritime industry.

Legal Advocacy

Gain knowledge about your legal rights, access legal resources, and receive support if you experience workplace discrimination, harassment, bullying, or violence.

Education & Empowerment

Participate in workshops and training programs focused on leadership development, confidence building, and navigating workplace challenges.
